That is Annemiek Bruisschaart and Holger Wolf.
We started to live in the year 2000 in Portugal and live since that in Monte Brito a small place near Alte.
We came in the middle of the crisis and stayed. Many people went back to their home countries and some friends asked us if we could take care of their property during their absence. As this became more and also they asked us to do the renting.We decided in 2003 to start a business.So we took the two first names of our daughters and out came Nicklin.
We look after apartments, pools, property’s and rental houses,in the Algarve.
We offer on request a complete property management.
If you rent, we also take over the complete marketing and the management of your bookings and the care of your guests.
With our 15 years of experience, you can be sure that you, your property and your guests are in good hands.
